They were rude during both my phone call and upon my arrival, giving me misinformation that delayed my check-in. I was rushed through the conversation, and it seemed like my concerns were unimportant to them.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and modern here with a mountain view and minibar, as example.

Everything was great, the parking was nearby, the room was well-kept. The most important was the staff - attentive and top-class people. I booked a room with a nice bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven.

Train noise disrupted my sleep each night.

Fabulous young staff, clean, comfortable and conveniently designed rooms, great location. Especially appreciated the staff accommodating my request for a room close to the gym and pool ... makes it easier for a woman travelling alone to use the facilities safely and with confidence.

Impractical pool size for exercise ... needs to be clarified before booking, especially when a guest asks. The breakfast inclusion is less impressive when the breakfast is low end carbs. Beef up the fruit, add better yogurt choices, add nuts and cottage cheese, and ... if you can do waffles you can do a pan of scrambled eggs. The evening cookies are a great treat but ... you have to return to your room pretty darned early to get one because they run out so quickly ... increase the availability.

The spacious room was a hit with my family, especially the clever trundle bed for our little one. Breakfast offered a solid selection that we all enjoyed was great.

The room was super comfy with a nice couch in a separate alcove and a decent-sized fridge for snacks. After a busy day, we loved relaxing in the heated pool and the leisure room was perfect for unwinding. One small hiccup was the breakfast area getting a bit crowded, but it didn’t take away from our great stay! 😊

I had a concerning experience when cleaning staff entered my room despite my do-not-disturb sign, leading to a breach of privacy that was unsettling. There were no dishes provided in the kitchenette, a bit inconvenient for meal prep.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff helped me with exchanging money. I recommend enjoying the indoor pool for relaxation. I'm coming back for a city trip.

Just an excellent fit for a couple of nights in Longmont with excellent value for money. I appreciated the complimentary cookies at check-in, a nice touch after a long drive.

I stayed in a King Studio with Sofa Bed for 3 nights and it was an absolute delight! The room was spacious with an excellent layout, complete with a comfy sofa in a separate alcove perfect. Each morning, the breakfast was well-stocked with fresh fruit, rotating hot items like eggs and sausage, and even complimentary cookies upon arrival-how sweet is that?
